Our offices are located in Richardson and Carrollton for your convenience. We strive to provide the best dental care possible in an easy-going atmosphere.
Dr. Harold Simpson - Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Simpson has been in practice since 1979. He attended the University of Texas at Austin and graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio with a dental degree. Dr. Simpson went on to complete a 2-year pediatric dental residency program at Baylor College of Dentistry, Children's Medical Center, and the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital in Dallas, where he received a Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry and a Masters Degree. He is a past President of the Texas Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and also the Baylor Alumni Pediatric Dental Society. He is board certified in Pediatric Dentistry by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Simpson is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Dallas County Dental Association, and the International College of Dentists.
Dr. Simpson enjoys serving the community through volunteer work. He works with the pediatric dental graduate students once a month at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital in Dallas. Dr. Simpson and Dr. Train treat needy Richardson children through the Network Clinic. Dr. Simpson, Dr. Train, and staff enjoy educating patients and children on good dental care through school and community functions.
Dr. Simpson has two children, Sarah and Sam. His wife Betsy is often seen helping at the office. Dr. Simpson enjoys most outdoor activities and especially time he spends in the Texas Hill Country.
Dr. Terri Train - Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Train has been with Children's Dental Specialists since 1993. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas in Austin and went to dental school in San Antonio at the University of Texas Health Science Center. Dr. Train then completed a 2-year pediatric dental residency at Baylor College of Dentistry, Children's Medical Center, and the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital in Dallas, where she received a Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry and a Masters Degree. She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Train is married to Alan and they have one son and two daughters. Dr. Train is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Texas Dental Association, Dallas County Dental Society, and several other charitable organizations. She often enjoys volunteering at her children's school.
Dr. Candice Hutcheson - Pediatric Dentist
Dr.
Hutcheson joined Children's Dental Specialists as an associate in October of
2010. She was raised in the
Richardson area and graduated from Berkner High School. After receiving an
undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University, she attended dental school at
Baylor College of Dentistry. Dr.
Hutcheson then completed a 2-year pediatric dental residency at Children's
Medical Center, Baylor College of Dentistry, and Texas Scottish Rite Hospital in
Dallas, where she received a Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry and a Masters
Degree. Dr. Hutcheson is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatric
Dentistry.
Dr. Hutcheson is married to Cliff and they have one daughter, Abigail. Dr.
Hutcheson is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental
Association, Dallas County Dental Society, American Academy of Pediatric
Dentistry, Texas Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and Greater Dallas Pediatric
Dental Society. She is excited to
return to her hometown and provide dental care for the community.
Dr. Rodney Lewis - Orthodontist
Dr. Rodney Lewis has been with our practice since 2001. He is originally from
Canyon, Texas and went to West Texas State University for his
undergraduate degree. He completed his dental training at
Baylor College of Dentistry where he successfully accomplished a
27-month residency in orthodontics. He finished his residency
with a Masters Degree and a certificate in orthodontia. He is
a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental
Association, Dallas County Dental Society, and the American
Association of Orthodontists. Dr. Lewis has 2 dogs and enjoys
hunting, fishing, scuba diving and spending time with his family.
Dr. Gayle Glenn - Orthodontist
As a Specialist, Dr. Glenn has practiced in Dallas since 1984. She attended the
University of Texas Dental School in San Antonio, where she
graduated as Valedictorian of her class. She went on to
complete her graduate training in orthodontics at Baylor College of
Dentistry in Dallas and received a Master of Science in Dentistry
Degree. Dr. Glenn joined the faculty at Baylor College of
Dentistry in 1988, where she taught as an Assistant Clinical
Professor for seven years.
